Unless I’m mistaken (and I will do a recount) I owe 10 pieces, and 2 more blogs.  My goal is to undo the last 3 lazy weeks, and maybe even catch up a little bit.

Fortunately I’ve been pretty good about keeping up with my ‘exercise once a day’ and even better with my ‘write and draw once a day.’  I’ve missed a few days here and there, but I’ve always managed to double up the day after.  Honestly my greatest sin with my work is sometimes I don’t truly write something new, but rather take it from my notebooks and transpose it into a digital format.

While transposing stuff to digital is important it’s also not really moving my work forward.  It has showed me some weak points in my writing, which is a good thing in the long run, but at the same time it makes me want to fix the problem and distracts me from completing the story.  Still eventually I’ll run out of things to transpose from my notebooks to digital.  It’s only a matter of time before I’m forced to resume my regular work.

The only real change I want, and I know I keep saying this, is to work on my stuff earlier in the morning.  I want to draw and write in the AM hours so if I feel the creative juices going I’m not so tiered that I want to just end.  I’m trying to think of new ways to make this more likely to happen!
